Ice Cream

I was eating ice cream the other day, and here’s what I came up with.

1. Is an ice cream sundae with chocolate syrup called Fudge Delight a good choice?

Misplaced prepositional phrase. Does "Fudge Delight" refer to the ice cream or the chocolate syrup? Better: Is a chocolate syrup-smothered ice cream sundae called Fudge Delight a good choice? (I say yes!)

2. He had ate the whole frozen yogurt Strawberry Blitz, and now boy was he stuffed.

Better: He ate the whole frozen yogurt Strawberry Blitz, and now, boy was he stuffed.

3. Eating only one scoop was an historical event.

Common misconception. Better: Eating only one scoop was a historical event.

4. Tears flooded the little boy’s chubby cheeks when the bowl of ice cream - complete with fudge, whipped cream, sprinkles and cherry - plunged to the floor.

Punctuation. Better; Tears flooded the little boy's chubby cheeks when the bowl of ice cream--complete with fudge, whipped cream, sprinkles, and a cherry--plunged to the floor.

5. The more I eat Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ice cream the more I like it.

Punctuation. Better: The more I eat Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ice cream, the more I like it.
